A results-driven senior level (5+ years) Business Development Professional with excellent sales
and interpersonal skills to actively seek out, engage customer prospects and close the
opportunities. The Business Development Professional should be knowledgeable in selling
Telehealth and remote patient monitoring solutions to physicians, payers and hospitals and be
capable of providing complete and appropriate solutions to every customer to boost top-line
revenue growth, and profitability in our strategic plan.
Responsibilities
• Generate leads through existing connections, cold calling and inbound leads
• Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their
needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with other team members
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Provide input on the development of new solutions as appropriate for various market
segments
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience in sales or business development in the wearables and new
digital technologies in the healthcare market
• Familiarity with Telehealth, Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic care management
solutions
• Quarterly target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Ability to grow and motivate a future sales team
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or a related field
